Internet Services are competing ferciously for talented Web-page designers, says Thomas Madzy, president of Sundoro Development Inc., an Itasca, Ill., Internet Consultant. With 200,000 openings nationwide fro Web Experts and other techies, signing bonuses of 50% to 75% of the typical $60,000 to $80,000 annual salary are common, he says.
